Staff hours, wherever work takes them

Home today, a client site tomorrow. Keep phone clock-ins, staff hours and leave in attendance.cy, alongside the team at the office. Staff check shifts and hours, request leave and message their team from the same app.

Who started work, and where?

One person works from home, another goes straight to a client, and the office team uses the terminal. At month end, you still need everyone’s hours in the same place.

Let staff clock in from their phones where you allow it. Review those records with the office team’s attendance, rather than collecting times in messages.

From the phone to recorded hours

Set the clocking rules before the team heads out.

  1. Choose who can clock in remotely. Set each person’s phone permissions. Use a location check at a work site, or allow off-site clocking for the people who need it.

  2. Clock in and out from the phone. Where a site check is required, the System checks the GPS reading against the site boundary and its accuracy limit.

  3. Send queued records when signal returns. With offline clocking enabled, the app keeps the attempt and its original time. The phone’s queue is encrypted and protected against changes; suspect times or records outside the sync rules wait for manager review.

At the office, remote or travelling

See who is on site, working remotely or on the road from the manager’s dashboard. Check the attendance record when you need the clock-in time and the evidence sent with it.

For vehicles with Fleet tracking enabled, open the live map or review the route and stops against the linked driver. A vehicle stop records the visit; the person’s clock-ins and clock-outs record their work hours.

One set of hours for payroll

Remote and office staff use the same attendance and pay-period review. Check worked hours, overtime and approved leave before you close the period.

Export the payroll batch as CSV or Excel, or download the current closed batch’s PDF summary for your accountant. Staff can use the phone app in Greek or English.

Know when location is recorded

When location checks are enabled, the phone reads location while the clock-in or clock-out screen is open and sends it with the attempt. The location watch stops when that screen closes.

The staff view does not show colleagues’ clocking locations. Manager access depends on their permissions and the teams they cover.

Fleet vehicle tracking records positions during travel and has its own privacy controls. Review the privacy notice and your data-processing agreement for your GDPR arrangements before enabling location checks.

About remote attendance

Can I choose who clocks in off-site?

Yes. Each person can have their own clocking permissions, or follow the rules for their role, department or workspace. Site clocking can require GPS within the work location’s boundary.

What happens without an internet connection?

With offline clocking enabled, the phone keeps an encrypted record and sends it later with the original time. Old records, suspect phone times or attempts that no longer meet the clocking rules are held for manager review before they count.

Does the phone track staff all day?

When location checks are enabled, the attendance app reads location while the clocking screen is open and stops watching when it closes. Fleet vehicle tracking is separate and records positions during travel.

Can staff see a colleague’s location?

The staff view does not show colleagues’ clocking locations. Authorised managers can review the records within their team scope.

Does driving time clock someone in?

No. Fleet vehicle trips and staff attendance are separate records. Review the route alongside the driver’s clock-ins and clock-outs when checking the day.

Do remote hours appear in payroll exports?

Yes. Recorded remote hours go through the same attendance and pay-period review as office hours, with overtime and approved leave. Export the payroll batch as CSV or Excel, or download the current closed batch’s PDF summary.

Can our team use the app in Greek?

Yes. The phone app is available in Greek and English.
