From check-in to payroll
Each department plans its own schedule, employees check in at the terminal or on their phone, and managers approve the hours before they reach payroll.
The department manager organises their own team, copies a previous week, assigns several people together and sees uncovered hours before the schedule is published.
Employees request a change or a swap from their phone. Attendance suggests available replacements, and everyone affected receives the updated shift.
Employees record attendance by QR, RFID card, PIN, NFC or phone. The manager sees who arrived, who is late and who is missing, by location, department and shift.
Attendance calculates overnight shifts, split shifts and overtime. The manager reviews only the days that need a decision, and approved hours lock before export or a payroll connection.

Seven LEM terminals connect directly to Attendance. A duplicate punch is recorded once. A terminal keeps recording when the network is unavailable and sends each record with its original time once the connection returns.

Set a geofence radius per location, from 25 to 5000 metres (150 by default). Or match the site network by IP range, or use a reception QR that changes every five minutes. Off-site check-ins are shown separately.
Biometrics in Cyprus
Using biometrics for routine arrival and departure records is generally considered disproportionate in Cyprus. Attendance supports QR, RFID cards, PIN and NFC without collecting biometric data.
Face and fingerprint identification is considered only where its use is lawful and justified, such as a demonstrated high-security need. Working hours should remain a separate record.

Yes. Attendance works as a complete standalone system for people, schedules, attendance and approvals. If you already use HR or payroll software, it can connect through a file, API or web service to automate the flow of data.
