Attendance machines in Cyprus
Eight employee attendance machines for clock-in and clock-out with QR, RFID card, NFC or PIN. Every model can be fitted with an RFID reader, an NFC reader or both. The LEM Ai8, Ai8 Pro, Ai10, Gate 8, Ai3 and Ai2 add face recognition and a photo at every clock-in and clock-out; the Ai8 Pro, Ai10 and Ai2 also read a fingerprint, where a documented higher-security requirement exists.

RFID and NFC: every model can be fitted with an RFID reader, an NFC reader or both.
Installation and connectivity
Every model supports wired Ethernet and Power over Ethernet. Wi-Fi is standard on LEM Ai2, LEM Ai3 and LEM Ai8 Pro and optional on the other models. With PoE, one cable carries both power and data to the entrance.
Power and data reach the terminal through the same Ethernet cable.
The terminal keeps attendance events and sends them with their original time when the connection returns.
See whether each terminal is online, when it was last seen and whether records are waiting.
The terminal connects securely to Attendance through an outbound connection. No inbound ports or remote access from us are required.
Mobile clock-in
Enable mobile clock-in only for the locations and teams that need it. Attendance checks the evidence you require before accepting the event.
Set an allowed radius for each location. Low-accuracy readings are not accepted.
Accept a clock-in only when the phone is using the network range registered for that site.
The code shown at reception changes regularly, so an old photograph cannot be reused.
Face ID or fingerprint confirms who is holding the phone. It does not replace proof of location.
Biometrics in Cyprus
Using face recognition or fingerprints for attendance is not simply a technical choice. Before enabling it, the organisation must assess the legal basis, necessity and proportionality of the specific use.
For ordinary clocking in and out, choose a non-biometric method that meets the same operational need.
At ports, airports, military sites and similarly sensitive premises, biometric access may be justified after the required assessment. Attendance remains a separate purpose.
