No. Attendance works as a complete standalone system. The Sofia HR connection is available when the customer wants employee information to flow between the two systems.

Who approves the hours?
The authorised managers approve hours in Attendance before any payroll file is produced. Attendance does not turn an unchecked clock-in record into a payroll value automatically.
